Program locked up, don't worry it happens a lot. Hold down left Alt key and left control key and strike the delete button (del) this will bring up Task manager

Make sure your in the applications tab, select the rogue program and select end task. If that doesn't work, click on the shutdown button and select log-off, restart or shut down, if that does not respond push in the power button all the way hold for a half second and the machine should log off . If it doesn't press and keep pressed the start button and the machine will die and of course you can always use the reset button. ¡Can't find the answer try Searching Google or Yahoo!
